Rita Ora ready for The Voice Twitter criticism

Rita Ora says she is ready to receive a backlash on Twitter when she appears as a judge on The Voice.

The singer will make her debut on the BBC One show on Saturday (January 10).

Speaking to BBC Newsbeat, Ora acknowledged that she will probably come under fire on Twitter from those who don't agree with her decisions.

She said: "Opinions are going to come from everywhere. I mean they already have been but this time they will be 10 times more intense.

"I've got to come to the reality, I am going to be an open book for the public."

The 'Hot Right Now' star added: "I am ready for the ups and downs. I am happy I made this choice.

"Anytime I go on Twitter there's the good and the bad. I try to just blank out what I don't want and take in what I want to keep."
