Adam Lambert and Avicii single plans teased

An Australian radio DJ has suggested that Avicii's next single could be his Adam Lambert collaboration 'Lay Me Down'.

The two music men and guitarist Nile Rodgers teamed up for the groove-laden track last year on Avicii's debut album 'True'.

Popular Australian radio DJ Byron Cooke took to Twitter to suggest that it will be released as a single soon.

He wrote: "#LayMeDown rumoured to hit Australian radio NEXT WEEK as the next OFFICIAL @Avicii single! Could this be #TRUE? @AdamLambert."

If it does become a single, 'Lay Me Down' will follow smash hits such as 'Wake Me Up' and 'Hey Brother'.

Lambert meanwhile has seemingly debuted some green hair via a new Instagram photo, with the vocal powerhouse adding:

"Green Hair Don't Care."
