Adam Lambert album reaches No.6 in New Zealand

Adam Lambert's new album has charted highly in New Zealand.

The singer's latest effort 'The Original High' has landed at No.6.

Despite promising sales in the rest of the world, the record is his worst performing album in New Zealand to date when it comes to chart positions.

His 2012 effort 'Trespassing' reached No.4, whilst 2009 debut 'For Your Entertainment' landed at No.5.

'The Original High' meanwhile was No.4 in the UK when the midweek chart was released on Wednesday (June 17).

The record features the lead single 'Ghost Town'.

Brian May and Tove Lo make cameos on the Max Martin produced album.
