£4m house recently owned by singer Duffy has collapsed in LondonA house owned by Duffy until recently collapsed in London this week during building work. A six-bedroom townhouse worth £3.8m on the edge of the River Thames fell to pieces on Thursday (November 26). Work had been ongoing in the basement, as well as on other floors in the building. The Georgian property is located in The Terrace, Barnes. The news comes three years after a £12m London penthouse property owned by Duffy was destroyed by a fire. The singer was said to packing her belongings ahead of moving out of the building. However, smoke started emanating from within the house - causing Duffy to flee the building.
