Marvin Humes: 'I'm aiming to have an album out next year'

Marvin Humes has confirmed plans to release an album next year.

The Brit has been busy working solo after his band JLS split at the end of 2013.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Humes reiterated that he intends his first album to be a collection of feature artists.

He added: "You will know what I've been doing literally in a few days. I'm not allowed to say anything yet, but I've been working with some big people who have had number ones.

"I'm aiming to have two singles out this year and the album out next year. You will hear the first single very, very soon. In fact you may of already heard it."

Humes has been one of the most prolific members of JLS since their split, with the singer branching out into TV and radio work.
