Canadian heartthrob Justin Bieber has showed off his cheeky side by posting a bum-baring Instagram picture to his fans.

The 18-year-old superstar posted the revealing photo of himself mooning on the picture-sharing site on Saturday (January 19), before quickly deleting it.

However, the revealing image sent fans' pulses racing, and it quickly notched up 86,000 'likes'.

In the cheeky shot, Bieber is seen wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap worn back-to-front, while looking over his shoulder as he pulls down him pants.

The star's manager Scooter Braun took to Twitter to laugh about Bieber's "prank".

He said: "As a prankster u have to respect another good prank. only makes sense. #crackdealer," with Bieber replying with a simple "haha."

The teen heartthrob has had fun of late posting wacky pictures to the photo sharing site. He recently shared a photo of himself wearing tight trousers that travelled up to his stomach.

Joking with fans, he said: "To those of u who tell me not to sag my pants. Double think that."
