Avicii and One Direction top most popular lyric video listVideo hosting site YouTube has released a list of its Top 10 most popular lyric videos of all time at the No.1 and No.2 positions are both held by DJ Avicii. His offerings for 'Wake Me Up' and 'Hey Brother' came in at the top spot and in second place respectively, and both had over 137,000,000 hits. Maroon 5's lyric video for 'Payphone' finished in third place, Adele's Bond theme, 'Skyfall', is at No.4, and Christina Perri's 'A Thousand Years', which was featured in one of the 'Twilight' movies, is at 5. British boyband One Direction came in at No.7 with the lyric video for 'Rock Me', while Ariana Grande's cut for 'Problem' was at No.9, and Bruno Mars charted at 10 with the lyric video for his emotive ballad, 'When I Was Your Man'. Earlier this summer, meanwhile, Avicii was named Spotify's hottest artist under the age of 25 and earned the title after racking up an impressive 235 million plays on the streaming service for his track 'Wake Me Up' alone.
