Canadian heartthrob Shawn Mendes has teamed up with MTV to offer one lucky fan an ultimate experience. 

The winner will be invited to attend a meet and greet with the 'Stitches' superstar and will also get the chance to eat cereal with him as they hang out together backstage at a concert in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

To be in with a chance of scooping the prize, all you have to do is click here and fill out the form and the competition is set to come to an end on June 9.

The hitmaker, meanwhile, posted a picture of himself via Instagram earlier today and confessed that working out has taught him a lot about control, discipline and self-love: "Working out has changed my life for the best, it not only keeps me healthy and strong but it keeps me mentally straight. It does so much more for me then any type of therapy."
