Nicki Minaj didn't enjoy making 'Pink Friday', teases new album

Rap sensation Nicki Minaj has teased a few details about her forthcoming new album, 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded'

In a new interview with Radio 1's Tim Westwood, the 'Moment 4 Life' hitmaker explained that the new album will see more of her alter ego, Roman, because she feels the need to "let him go wild":

"I had to go back and reasses and I realised that my Barbz missed mixtape Nicki - crazy Nicki - and so Roman basically escaped out of Moscow. And now he's like, 'You know what, Nicki? Sit down, imma show you how to do this'. So I let him go wild on Roman Reloaded."

She also admitted that while her debut offering, 'Pink Friday', has been incredibly successful she didn't find it enjoyable to record so wants to make sure her that she puts her heart and soul into this new body of work:

"I really didn't have fun recording Pink Friday, but I'm having fun recording Roman Reloaded. I'm really letting loose and I'm not over-thinking things anymore and I'm just being in the moment."

'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' will be unveiled on February 14, 2012 and you can check out the first cut to be taken from it below:
