Whitney Houston's mother to "write book about daughter"
The mother of Whitney Houston is to write a book about her late daughter's life, it has been reported.
The New York Times quotes Cissy Houston as saying she wants to pen the book in an effort to "stop the lies" about Whitney.
The 'I Will Always Love You' singer passed away in February after being found dead in her hotel room's bath.
Cissy is quoted as saying that she would like to include both the "good" and the "bad" parts of Whitney's life in the book. She said:
"I want to stop the lies, It's going to be the bad. It's going to be the good."
