Rihanna's personal trainer reveals her fitness regime
Bajan sensation Rihanna is kept in shape by a special workout that sees her train for five days a week in short bursts.
Her fitness coach, Harley Pasternak, revealed her secrets to Grazia magazine and explained that the plan was designed with her schedule in mind so that she can do it "wherever she is in the world":
"I've put her on a special 25-minute workout that consists of five mini workouts. She does it five days a week, wherever she is in the world."
"It's easy for her to fit around her busy schedule and even her holidays. I tell her to make sure she takes 10,000 steps a day."
He also revealed that having a 'cheat day' is often a good idea when trying to maintain a certain physique as it helps to inspire motivation:
"If you allow yourself to have a day where you get to eat anything you like you'll stay on track the other six days," Harley added. "That's the secret to a great body and it keep Rihanna happy."
The 'We Found Love' superstar worried fans earlier today after she posted a photograph to Twitter of her arm hooked up to a drip.
