Second Wave of Names Announced for This Year's Ultimate Seminar19th November
The Ultimate Seminar has announced the latest raft of speakers for its seventh annual edition. The event will kick off with an opening video Q&A with CEO & Chairman of Universal Music UK & Ireland, David Joseph CBE, which will be screened exclusively for attendees. Other new speakers sharing their top tips for music business success include Managing Director of Imagem Music UK Kim Frankiewicz (Daft Punk, Kaiser Chiefs, Mark Ronson), BBC Radio DJ MistaJam, Manager John Woolf (Disciples, Wiley), chart-topping singer-songwriter Maegan Cottone (Little Mix, Olly Murs), UMG artist Mabel, DJ Producer Cadenza, BBC Broadcaster Nihal Arthanayake, Indie Rock band Young Kato, rapper, songwriter Nick Brewer, and singer-songwriters Ray BLK and Starling. Devised by Cre8ing Vision in association with the University of Westminster, this one-day annual event – Europe’s only free major music industry seminar – invites aspiring young music professionals to a series of panel discussions chaired by renowned and credible industry leaders. Throughout the day, guests can participate in speed-networking sessions, register for music masterclasses and pose questions directly to panelists. Previously announced speakers include President of Capitol Records UK, Nick Raphael, singer-songwriter Shakka, Atlantic Records publicist and owner of Wired Rachel Campbell, Top 10 songwriter Jin Jin (Jess Glynne, Tinie Tempah, Little Mix), Grime MC Yungen, Producer Jonathan Quarmby (Benjamin Clementine) and Manager Eddie Smith (Little Simz).
