Pearl Jam cover Frozen's 'Let It Go'

Pearl Jam have played a cover of Disney's hit Frozen song 'Let It Go'.

The rock group were performing in Milan, Italy at the weekend when they played a snippet of the track.

The band, fronted by Eddie Vedder, diverted from their tune 'Daughter' to play the chorus section of the popular song.

The soundtrack meanwhile to the 2013 film has sold millions of copies in the US to date and it topped the Billboard album chart for thirteen non-consecutive weeks.

It also became the fourth soundtrack from an animated film to reach No.1 on the US albums chart.

Pearl Jam's last album 'Lightning Bolt' meanwhile was released in 2013.

The band are due to play a massive show at the Milton Keynes Bowl on July 11.
