Taylor Swift reveals paparazzi anxiety: 'There was one thing that made me feel safe'

Superstar Taylor Swift has revealed that Kendrick Lamar's voice was the one thing that made her feel safe when she was suffering anxiety from the constant flash of cameras.

The beauty explained to Rolling Stone magazine that when the paparazzi first took a big interest in her, she struggled to handle the attention and found herself getting nervous while travelling:

"At first, I got really anxious every time I'd be about to open the car door. They'd (paparazzi) crowd around me and yell. Then one day I put my iPhone on shuffle and 'Backseat Freestyle' came on. Something about Kendrick's voice and the beat made me feel safe. It was pretty much all I listened to that summer."

Her admiration for Lamar led her to recruit him for a remix of 'Bad Blood' and the video for the track has since broken VEVO's 24-hour recordSwift's 'Bad Blood' video features cameos from the likes of Paramore's Hayley Williams, Ellie Goulding, Zendaya, Selena Gomez, Cara Delevingne, Lena Dunham and Karlie Kloss, and it attracted 20.1 million hits in just 24 hours.
