Season to Date, ‘GMA3’ Is No. 1 Across the Board and Is Up in Total Viewers

“GMA3: What You Need to Know” ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.546 million), Women 25-54(180,000) and Women 18-49 (121,000) for the 4th straight week during the week of Oct. 3, 2022, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research, leading “NBC News Daily” and CBS’ “The Talk.”

For the 3rd consecutive week, “GMA3” was up year to year in Total Viewers (1.546 million vs. 1.542 million).

“GMA3” increased its lead over the NBC program from the previous week in Total Viewers (+69% – 477,000 vs. 283,000), Women 25-54 (+119% – 35,000 vs. 27,000) and Women 18-49 (+27% – 14,000 vs. 11,000).

Season to date, “GMA3” ranks No. 1 in Total Viewers, Women 25-54 and Women 18-49, outperforming CBS’ “The Talk” and NBC’s “NBC News Daily.” In addition, “GMA3” is up in Total Viewers (1.571 million vs. 1.565 million) compared to the same point last season.

NOTE: On Friday (10/7/22), “GMA3” was retitled to “GMA3-ABC” due to ABC’s coverage of the MLB Wild Card Series. The retitled telecast is excluded from the weekly and season averages. “GMA3”’s weekly averages are based on four days (Monday-Thursday).

Emmy®-nominated “GMA3: What You Need to Know” is a one-hour program co-anchored by Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes with Dr. Jennifer Ashton as chief medical correspondent, airing weekdays at 1:00 p.m. ET| 12:00 p.m. CT on ABC. Catherine McKenzie is the executive producer.
