The Junior Eurovision Song Contest will air on the BBC this weekend when the show comes live from Nice, France on Sunday 26 November.

Eurovision fans and beyond can watch on CBBC, BBC Two and BBC iPlayer from 3pm on Sunday when the UK entry, STAND UNIQU3, will be performing the song Back To Life. STAND UNIQU3, who are 12-year-old Hayla from Liverpool, 13-year-old Maisie from Essex and 12-year-old Yazmin from Newcastle, will compete for the coveted title alongside 15 other countries.

Unlike the main Eurovision Song Contest, viewers will be able to vote for their own country.

Voting is online only at JESC.TV and UK viewers require a BBC account to vote so will need to make sure they have registered beforehand. They will then be directed to login in when casting their votes via JESC.TV

The result of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be determined by a 50/50 vote. 50% of the votes come from online voting and the other 50% of votes will come from a professional jury from each of the countries taking part.

The first voting window opens 7pm UK time on Friday 24th November 2023 and temporarily closes just before the live show starts at 3pm Sunday 26 November 2023.

The second voting window will open after the last song has performed during the live broadcast. Viewers then have approximately 15 minutes to vote AGAIN by casting three more votes before the window closes, as announced in the live show.

BBC Radio 1 DJ Lauren Layfield and singer HRVY are the UK commentators, following all the excitement of the contest live from Salford.
