Leading independent publishing company PRESCRIPTION SONGS is excited to welcome JayM to their roster of artists. In a special partnership with fellow Rx artist DallasK, the Miami-based songwriter, producer, artist was signed into the company by Prescription Songs A&Rs Siara Behar and Shari Fitch.

Originally from Venezuela, JayM (who is Juan Romero) draws upon his musical influences ranging from latin, pop and rock, combining his culture into unique and modern compositions ready for today’s radio airwaves. A versatile artist (songwriter, producer, instrumentalist) fluent in both English and Spanish, JayM frequently collaborates with artists such as Gale, DallasK, Aloisio and G40. More recently he’s expanded his network into the English market working alongside Nate Campany, Elijah Noll, Tele, John Feldman and Kat Dahlia. Recent and upcoming credits include tracks with Marshmello, Lunay, Beéle, LiL CaKe, Brray, Corina Smith and Aloisio, among others.

On signing with Prescription Songs, JayM says, “Signing with Rx feels like the perfect next step in my musical journey. I’m thrilled to bring my versatile blend of pop-rock sounds and urban-inspired lyrics to a wider audience.”

Frequent collaborator and fellow Prescription Songs signee DallasK was pivotal in bringing JayM to the company. “I’ve worked with Prescription Songs for over 10 years now, and the team has been instrumental to my success as a writer and producer…I’m so thrilled to continue my ventures with them in signing JayM,” DallasK shares. “Jay is an incredible talent that I met in Miami and I’m very excited for him to expand the work he’s doing in the latin space as well as in the English world as a writer, producer and artist.”
