Broadcaster and entrepreneur Gregg Wallace is on a journey to be the best, healthiest version of himself and in his new podcast for Global, A Piece of Cake, (available on Global Player from January 29th) he’s on a mission to find out how – and wants his listeners to join him on the ride.

Gregg’s motivation came from being unhappy with how he was feeling in his body, and his recent 30kg weight loss happened as a result of making good choices that became habits over time.

In a world abundant with nutrition and lifestyle knowledge, Gregg wants to learn from the best. In this podcast, Gregg will be joined by some of the top players in the self-development and wellness space to give listeners the motivation and habits to be the best, healthiest version of themselves, whilst also keeping a big Gregg-Style grin on their faces.
