Jägermeister UK in partnership with Ladies & Gents bars, are summoning up an unearthly phantom boat, named “The Dark Spirit”, to sail the canals of London this Halloween.
Setting sail twice daily from Camden, the macabre barge will wind its way along London’s ancient canals and through the mysterious 1km long Victorian-designed Islington Tunnel.
Onboard, the talented team from Ladies & Gents will reward brave souls with an assortment of ice cold shots and delectable cocktails showcasing the intricate flavours of the dark spirits’ 56 different herbs and spices.
The boat can hold up to twelve people per sailing and is fully enclosed to protect the precious cargo from elemental forces. There’s a wood burning fire aboard to keep guests (both alive and undead) from the chills.
Tickets cost £20 and include two hours on “The Dark Spirit” floating bar plus two cocktails. Additional cocktails will be available for £5 each.
Tickets are on-sale now via Design My Night for 23rd October – 3rd November.
Let’s Get Dark!
Mast-Jägermeister SE is firmly rooted in Wolfenbüttel, Lower Saxony. Here, and only here, the company produces Jägermeister, the herbal liqueur with the stag – and the biggest German spirit brand.
First invented over 80 years ago, Jägermeister is based on a secret recipe of 56 different herbs, flowers and roots. In 2018, Mast-Jägermeister SE sold more than 7.5 million 9-litre cases of Jägermeister in over 140 countries. What means Jägermeister reached ninth place in the definitive Impact International rankings of the top 100 premium spirits, underpinning its position as the world’s most successful herbal liqueur.
Ladies & Gentlemen London's favourite five star dive bar is well known for its epic parties, micro distillery, experimental kitchen and of course a lock in or two. Over the last 6 years L&G bars at their Kentish town, Camden Road and floating bar based in Kings X have focussed on the forgotten art of hospitality and above all fun. Owner William Borrell has been included in the Evening standard top 100 influential people shaping the UK's hospitality scene with his unique approach to bars, pops up and special projects.
