NEW YORK – Dec. 14, 2021 – “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” was #1 in the 18-49 demo for the week of Dec. 6-10 versus “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and Jimmy Kimmel Live” and has finished first for the last three weeks.

“The Tonight Show” earned an 0.26 in the demo, which is 9% above its fourth quarter average. “Late Show” (0.23) and “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (0.16) were second and third, respectively, in 18-49.

The Friday, Dec. 10 telecast of “The Tonight Show,” with President Joe Biden making his first late night appearance since his inauguration, drew 1.9 million viewers, the show’s most-watched non-NFL night original telecast since February.

At 12:35 a.m., “Late Night with Seth Meyers” delivered an 0.14 in 18-49, winning the week in both the demo and total viewers versus “Late Late Show with James Corden” and “Nightline.”

On Saturday, Dec. 11, “SNL” earned an 0.96 in 18-49 and 5.2 million viewers, slightly above the season average in both categories. Billie Eilish served as both host and musical guest.
