Quincey Black English (aka Q.B.E) releases his latest Alt-Rock single, ‘Pray For You,’ an introduction to his highly anticipated 7-track EP ‘Art Ache.’ Q.B.E opens up about heartbreak and the pain one feels when losing faith in their loved ones.

Transitioning between electronic beats (much akin to that of Post Malone or xxxtentacion) and heavy pop-rock drumming, Q.B.E proves his musical prowess as he creates a fusion of the old and new, establishing his sound as bold and undeniably unique whilst remaining familiar and welcoming to the ear.

When asked about the meaning of the song and the process of formulating the lyrics, Q.B.E said “It's about being so committed to someone and how you used to pray for them” and the despair that you experience when “they turn around and slap you in the face with disappointment.” ‘Pray For You’ is about much more than heartbreak, it is an exploration of the spiritual anguish that comes from betrayal. It takes listeners into the depths of internal conflict, bouncing between the love that once existed, to the resentment of spiritual rejection.
