Mallard Crossing at St. Matthews, a small community in Louisville, Kentucky is normally a quiet and peaceful suburb. On April 20, 2017 everything changed for one local resident named Jonathan Hay, who just happened to be an acclaimed record producer and also an award-winning publicist. As he walked to his front door, Hay was ambushed and pistol-whipped by two masked men who bound, duct taped and tortured him for over two hours in a evening that will haunt the music mogul for the rest of his life.

The forthcoming true crime documentary 'House Invasion' takes a deep dive into Mallard Creek Rd where this violent hot prowl burglary took place. Directed by JT Barnett who's most recognized for being the original producer and director of Joe Exotic's 'Tiger King' series. When Netflix released 'Tiger King' it became an instant global smash and one of the most successful releases to date. The controversial docuseries received six Emmy nominations and turned Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin into household names. Through the lens Barnett approached 'House Invasion' in the same way he did with his world-famous Big Cat television series.

In an almost quarter-billion dollar acquisition, Stoneweg US purchased Mallard Crossing of St. Matthews, a property that's managed by PMR Companies LLC. Quantez Gibson, a former resident of Mallard Crossing was convicted of masterminding the home invasion that sent him on a lengthy prison sentence with kidnapping and robbery charges. Gibson was a former neighbor to Jonathan Hay and became entangled in a violent love triangle that turned a local neighborhood upside down.
