British actor and presenter Ryan Swain has teamed up with the Salvation to bring Christmas cheer in aid of raising awareness of local businesses who have suffered during the pandemic.

Starting on the 12th December and every Saturday in the run up to Christmas Malton’s shoppers will enjoy the delights of Ryan and late night shopping.

Ryan said: “‘I’m donating my time for free to try and encourage people to go late night shopping. I want to help support local businesses and hopefully spread lots of festive cheer in the town. After the year we have all had we really need it”
