With use of electric guitars in this flamboyant piece of art, Jonny Menary leaves an indelible mark on a canvas woven of modern electronic songs. From the author: "Most of my life has been dominated by rock music, but I've known for a little while that I wanted to experiment with electronic music. After a few false starts, I decided to turn my guitar into a synthesiser using effects pedals - once I started to get some sounds I liked, I began layering virtual and analog synthesisers over the top and tinkering with the percussion. The result is Sendentism. It is at its heart an experimental EP in which I played around with different styles and elements. It's an attempt to find a distinctive sound. What I love about this genre is not knowing exactly where any particular song will "go" as I develop the track." "Sedentism" is out now on all platforms.
