Parsons to Add New Title of President of the #1 Digital Sports Publisher in the NFL, Along with His Continued Show with The Edge

NFL powerhouse and Dallas Cowboys defensive star Micah Parsons has reached a multi-year extension with Bleacher Report that will include his imprint on a variety of projects that span sports and entertainment. With this new deal, Parsons will add the title of President of B/R Gridiron, the #1 digital sports publisher on NFL Sundays, and continue to host his popular show The Edge with Micah Parsons, launching its second season in August during the NFL preseason. Parsons initially partnered with Bleacher Report in 2023 to launch The Edge.

As the first, current pro athlete to hold a leadership title at a sports media company, Parsons will collaborate with B/R Gridiron leadership to develop the content strategy for the portfolio, launch new shows, original content and design merchandise for its 2.5 million cross-platform followers. In addition to his role of leading Gridiron, Parsons will continue captivating followers and breaking news with the second season of The Edge during this year’s highly anticipated NFL season. Serving as an analyst of the popular B/R Gridiron Draft Night Show, Parsons always provides a bold and insightful perspective on what he sees on the field and in the league. This year’s live NFL Draft Night show, saw a 27% increase in viewing time spent, the highest for any live stream on the B/R App.
