Multi-Award winning Hollywood film and television Composer RANDY EDELMAN celebrates a Halloween debut at the trendy nightspot The Cutting Room @ 44 E 32nd St. NYC on Friday October 27, 2023 at 9:00 PM. If you’re brave enough Randy will be taking you on a “haunting” journey through his life and career via his music and his behind the scenes foreshadowing stories. You are invited to wear your best and scariest Halloween attire.

It’s the crack between the last golden rays of summer and the dark cold gray
winter when the barriers between the supernatural world and ours is whisper thin and ghoulish magic sings its song. The shadows of Halloween linger on the plainest faces and the moon races in and out of the clouds. Music is the strongest form of magic and Randy’s tunes speak for themselves and come straight from the heart….

Randy has bedazzled movie goers with over 100 soundtracks he’s written for film and tv including Last of the Mohicans, My Cousin Vinny, Gettysburg, Billy Madison, The Bruce Lee Story, Drop Dead Fred, Kindergarten Cop, While You Were Sleeping…..and a barrage of others. However, in staying with the Halloween theme he’s also composed suspense-ful thrillers such as Diabolique, The Skulls, The Boy Next Door, Anaconda, The Mask, The Mummy and of course there’s always Ghostbusters ll. The congregation will be tricked and treated to some of the most bewitching and enraptured movie score medleys ever heard….

His beautiful, sensitive and soulful ballads will keep you mesmerized and spellbound. His songs have been covered by artists including Barry Manilow (A Weekend in New England), Patti LaBelle (Isn’t it a Shame), Nelly (My Place), The Carpenters (You), and others such as Dionne Warwick, Olivia Newton-John, Willy Nelson, Blood, Sweat and Tears, and a marathon of more. Aside from his music, his backstage stories will possess you and keep you holding on to the edge of your seat.

Then like that of a shadowy, evanescence spirit he suddenly vanishes…..
