Radio airplay is exceptionally competitive as there are thousands of artists out there vying for a spot, all hoping to be in the position to be heard through the airwaves. A big congratulations goes out to THE AMERICAN RELICS who were on rotation this weekend on KISS FM radio in Washington DC. Their recent release via Tribeca Records “The Eyes of 1969”, has that nostalgic flair that so many people love.

The band consists of world class musicians who have been playing music for years. Frontman John Gitano, a class A guitarist is also lead vocalist and head songwriter. He is also the founder of the faction. Vocalist Adrienne Dugger is a world class opera singer who has toured the world and has performed in some of the most prestigious venues on the planet. Neal Lazar has been a guitarist all his life. Nelson Montana is a multi-instrumentalist who is also a producer. He has been written up on Modern Drummer Magazine as well as Bass Player Magazine. Patty Jarman plays guitar and also can be heard doing vocals for the band. Joni Ernst is the band’s keyboardist and also has her own side projects as well.

The band came together to share their love for music and music of the past. Together they examine the influences of music from days gone by and manage to interpret it in a way that sounds relevant today and in the future. Their themes are simple yet passionate and “The Eyes of 1969” is an example of their unique sound.

THE AMERICAN RELICS will be debuting at the new trending nightspot Chelsea Table and Stage on December 29th 2023 at 7:00 PM.
