TRAX RECORDS, the Original Chicago Based, Independent House Music Record Label, Celebrates the 40th Anniversary of Chicago House Music at two locations in PILSEN at COLBY GALLERY and CHICAGO MIDWEST MADE with Music, Fashion and Art! PILSEN, which made Forbes “Coolest Neighborhoods in the World” list. The magazine described the area as “a nest of cutting-edge culture and art.”

TRAX is thrilled to Announce the Launch of our “MADE IN CHICAGO - HOUSE MUSIC FASHION” with the launch of two new collections, Trax Atelier by Michael Wesley White and the Trax Collection designed by Mario Maldonado. The debut of these collections will be celebrated with a launch party, on Saturday June 15, 2024, 2-7pm featuring live performances at both locations from Screamin Rachael, Jorge Cruz, Irene Michaels, Oliver Fade, Joe Smooth, Marcos Raya Jr. and other special guest artists to be announced. Both collections will be available for purchase and custom orders at the launch parties. 

CHICAGO MIDWEST MADE is officially launching the Trax Collection designed by Mario Maldonado. In line with the streetwear essence of Chicago, The Trax Collection will contribute to the rich tapestry of street style worldwide. The first drop will feature limited edition signature tees with exclusive designs for the summer season. Live music performances by House Music legends and New Talent.  

COLBY GALLERY will showcase Trax Atelier by designer Michael Wesley White, paintings and photography by local Pilsen Artists influenced by the House Music sound, and live music performances including Marcos Raya Jr and more at this meet and greet HAPPENING! TRAX is pleased to put a focus on the Latino recording artists, who greatly contributed to the House movement.

Michael Wesley White will be unveiling a high-end line aptly named, Trax Atelier. Trax Atelier offers a high-end line of couture pieces created by Michael Wesley White, at the crossroads of avant-garde fashion and The Warehouses where House Music originated and thrives. Michael Wesley White, a Chicago native, has an impressive design portfolio that includes work for Bob Marley, Chaka Khan, Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Miles Davis, and now Trax Records.
