LIVE TASTING EVENT TO TAKE PLACE TOMORROW AT GOOSE ISLAND BREWPUB IN SHOREDITCH

Goose Island Beer Company have released the 2021 vintage of their incredibly iconic barrel aged beer - Bourbon County Stout.

One of the biggest annual releases in the beer calendar, Bourbon County Stout is the jewel in the crown for Goose Island, selling out year on year and drawing crowds in their masses trying to get their hands on a bottle.

Aged between 8-14 months in freshly emptied bourbon barrels from the likes of Wild Turkey, Heaven Hill, and Buffalo Trace, the rich imperial stout is made as close as possible to founder Greg Hall’s original recipe every single year. The 2021 edition features flavour notes of chocolate and vanilla, oak, whiskey, and molasses, followed by caramel, berry fruit, and almond.

To coincide with the BCS 2021 release, The Goose Island Brewpub in Shoreditch will be hosting two vertical vintage tastings tomorrow (12th January) at 3pm and 5pm. Ticketholders will be able to taste the 2021 edition alongside the 2020 and 2019 vintages, hosted by Goose Island UK Head Brewer Andrew Walton. Limited tickets are on sale now and available BELOW.
