Kesha forced to postpone shows after undergoing surgery

Kesha has been forced to postpone shows after undergoing knee surgery.

The 'Praying' star was due to play concerts in Australia but hurt her knee, an 'ACL' injury. The ACL is the anterior curciate ligament which helps stablize the knee joint. It connects your thighbone to your shinbone. She hurt herself when she fell onstage.

The original dates were set for the end of March but will now take place in October. The dates are as follows:

Kesha’s Australian tour dates:
Oct. 7 -- Margaret Court Arena, Melbourne
Oct. 8 -- Thebarton Theatre, Adelaide
Oct. 10 -- Eatons Hill Hotel, Brisbane
Oct. 11 -- ICC, Sydney Theatre, Sydney
