Now she is performing live in Häkken, Hamburg Germany, on 4 May 2024. Dana has the unique ability to blend different musical genres seamlessly, creating a distinctive sound with a dark, moody atmosphere. With her haunting vocals and empowering lyrics, she creates a soundscape that is both unnerving and captivating, that she identifies as Dark Power Pop. The theme of the night will be “May the Fourth Be With You”. Dana will be bringing all her hits to the stage at this special event, wearing her self-designed outfit from the ‘Beautiful and Broken Down’ video, both of which were inspired by Star Wars. Dana encourages everyone to dress up for this themed concert where the best outfit will receive a prize on the night. Art connects on many different levels, and therefore there will be an art exposition at the venue, with works by two local artists and friends, Julia Schuelert and Anna Klöhn, who are as in love with colour as Dana herself. Their fascination for creating art varies from painting on paper to canvas and using a bright variety of media from water colour to spray paint. Dana also hosts her own podcast named ‘Unboxing Women’ where she explores the gender gap in the music industry with her co-host and fellow musician Maika Rose, who is a Hamburg native and will be the support act of the night.
