Felece Tillman is a Washington DC-based independent R&B and jazz vocalist, songwriter, storyteller, recording artist, and creative talent.

Felece Tillman has worked in the creative arts field for more than 30 years. She studied at Virginia Union University, where she obtained an undergraduate degree in vocal music performance, and the esteemed Duke Ellington School of the Arts, where she studied applied vocal music theory and performance.

She has performed musically both domestically and abroad, captivating audiences with her rich lyric soprano voice, which spans four octaves. Felece Tillman has collaborated with musicians in a variety of genres, including gospel, R&B, and jazz (both modern and classic). From 2020 until 2022, she was employed as a voice coach in Washington, DC, for an indie record label.

Felece Tillman’s debut single, ‘Brighter Love’, which she wrote, was released in July 2023. It’s an enticing song that showcases her stunning, warm voice tones and vocal agility. It has been receiving a lot of airplay and spins in the US, UK, and Spain.

Her forthcoming follow-up single, a fresh arrangement of Michael Franks' smooth jazz version ‘Tell Me All About It’. You will be amazed by her passionate and enthralling performance. Felece Tillman worked on each of these projects with the talented musician and producer Damone Arnold of the Los Angeles-based record label Dremi Entertainment.

The genre-blend of smooth jazz and soul sets the mood of sultry, chill, and relaxing vibes. Along with the stunning vocals, the production uses guitar, keyboards, drum tracks, and plug-ins, to create an out-of-this-world track from Felece Tillman.

Felece Tillman worked with a top producer in LA, Damone Arnold, who owns Dremi Entertainment.

The songstress exchanged the original recording of the song to her producer, then collaborated with him on the feel of the new arrangement via FaceTime and voice text messages. He produced the tracks for her to record which took place @ Bias Studios in VA. Background vocals on the track by the lovely Kristina Kicks were added as well as more strings by Damone for the final mix.
