Kinzoogianna AKA Anna Stubbs is a multi-talented producer, record label owner, songwriter, pianist and singer who, with her band Brotherly, forged new ground in London’s exploding Nu Jazz, Broken Beat and Jazztronica scene. Brotherly’s music has been championed by Gilles Peterson, Benji B, Moses Boyd, Jacob Collier , and Jordan Rakei. They were nominated for BBC Radio 1 Worldwide best session of the year after recording for Gilles at Maida Vale Studios. In 2020 Whirlwind Recordings released a beautiful double vinyl collectors edition of their music 'Analects', with added guests, Donny McCaslin, Jason Rebello and Kaidi Tatham.

Her new release, 'Cherry Devoy', due for release on 17th May 2024, is the first single off the second album 'The Clique of '86' Kinzoogianna's homage to 80's UK culture and the emerging house/hip hop/electro scene. The album concentrates on a cast of characters that were inspired by her classmates, and experiences of a specific kind of British culture in 80s Essex. The album is due out in 2025 and is entirely programmed drums and synth bass with powerhouse vocals and dancefloor tempos. Expect boogie, hip hop, electro, broken beat, jazztronica, funk, punchy soul disco vocals and jazz harmony.
