President street have delivered their brand-new music video ‘I Found Me.’ Ruby opens the video by walking along the Australian beach, deserted and lonely as the music starts to play with the lyrics ‘I was all on my own’ being sung by Ruby herself. A short montage, along with the lyrics, portrays the fact that she is alone, lost and missing something. This occurs until the change in the beat of the song, with the word ‘You’ and the introduction of Pete, demonstrating how she has found herself through music.

This sets the tone of the rest of the music video, where Ruby and Pete share their passion for music by creating their own track. The changes in colours from dull and dim to bright and deep, illustrate the bond these two have over creating music. The narrative of the music video coincides with the making of the song, as the two artists write and record the song together, all in the space of a day portraying how they use music as a tool to heal.
