… in the form of his tropical debut single, ‘Ticket For Your Love’. Blended old skool reggae with romantic R&B is a new move from the Londoner, who honours his Jamaican heritage with this track.

Reggae has always been a part of Grey’s life. From a young age, Leon listened to Dennis Brown, one of the pioneers of lovers rock (a subgenre of reggae categorised for its romantic sound and lyrical content), Gregory Isaacs, the “most exquisite voice in reggae” (The New York Times), and R&B/smooth jazz star, Bobby Caldwell.

All of these varied influences can be heard in this debut single from the star, who first shot to fame on social media, but quickly found his way to the world of music, using his platform to promote the love and joy which accompanies music, specifically reggae.
