Reading-based singer-songwriter Etham is now ready to release his highly anticipated upcoming EP ‘Patterns’, scheduled for release on Friday, November 24th, via Nettwerk Music, marking a significant shift in his musical evolution.

‘Patterns’ intricately weaves together a rich tapestry of colours and emotion, wrapped around in layers of enhanced production, amplifying to a point where both the lyrics and music ooze with emotional depth. While venturing into this new musical territory, Etham remains faithful to the essence that initially captivated his audience, preserving the heartfelt acoustic sound while incorporating fresh, unexplored elements. Speaking about the EP, Etham shared, “These are some of my favourite songs I’ve ever written.”

Demonstrating the EP’s thematic richness, five beautiful singles were released. ‘I Won’t’ narrates the resilient tale of a tested relationship where two lovers refused to surrender, standing tall against all odds. ‘Guilty’ delicately delves into the complexity of breakups, reminding us that not all endings need to be bitter. In the heartfelt melody of ‘Waiting for You’, the difficulties relationships are shown, where love endures despite the undeniable awareness that the timing might not be right. ‘Know Me Yet’ serves as a tribute to that one person who brings immense life and joy into the world, and ‘Put You First' elevates the album with an exciting collaboration with South Korea’s rising pop sensation, GEMINI.

This new release follows Etham’s sold-out show in Seoul this September, along with a UK busking tour early October, aimed at raising money for Mental Health Charity YoungMinds. Between releases, Etham had the honour of joining the exceptional Sabrina Claudio as the opening act for her European tour, further solidifying his reputation as an artist to watch out for.
