Bits of Alan releases 'Slatland'OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASENEWS PROVIDED BY Goryl Records On March 15, 2021 the band released their sophomore album, 'Slatland' The album was inspired by the Rebecca Lee short story of the same name. Sitting comfortably at 7 tracks, the album acts as a sort of introspection, including themes such as loss, unrequited love and remembrance. It’s indicative of a band reflecting on where they’ve been while also remaining excited for the future. Bits of Alan is an indie rock band founded by singer-songwriter Greg Golbitz in 2014. It consists of multi-instrumentalists Fred Keller, Ethan Stauffer and drummer/producer Joe Venango (of Everloft Studios). Bits of Alan released their debut EP “Stories”in 2014. The release included 5 songs and consisted of a mix of melodic spoken-word and acoustic-driven tracks. In 2017 the band released their first full-length album titled “Paper Boats.” The release came with the addition of multi-instrumentalist Ethan Stauffer
