'Future Tripping' is the debut single by UK singer/songwriter Joshua Woo. Having released five singles over the course of 2019-2020 with his band Plastic Sun – Joshua Woo, inspired by the isolation of Covid lockdown restrictions, has come forth with his first solo effort.

The term 'future tripping' being a common synonym for anticipatory anxiety. It's about looking at and facing your darkest times and choosing to carry on. The character in the song, much like myself, has overcome the darkness and is reflecting back. They're glad with their decision to carry on. As things got better, as they often do at some point.
