June 25th sees transatlantic shoegaze duo Sky is Alright release their debut, self-titled LP. Their eponymous album is an 8-song journey complete with sky motifs throughout: sonically, lyrically, and visually.

Soft ethereal vocals rest atop a foundation of distorted guitars and heavy drums. Their influences include various 90s acts such as The Smashing Pumpkins, Slowdive, Mineral and the American Analog Set. The album was written remotely between band members in London and LA.
