Wellington based Folk Rock - Indie Pop band 'In The Shallows' are a divine combination of delicate folk tones of Welsh singer-songwriter Danni Parsons intertwined with the raw vocals of Kiwi rock and roller Lance Shepherd.

Together with Andrew Bain (Fur Patrol) and Nick Brown (Eb & Sparrow, Vorn), they have created an exquisitely diverse and silken sound that weaves together soaring harmonies, mesmerising vocals and acoustic guitars with relatable lyrics about intricate tales of love, loss, connection, redemption and empowerment.

The upcoming singles 'Let’s Not Start a War, Let it Go and Bright Lights have catchy hooks in common and when performed live their sound has been likened to that of Angus and Julia Stone, Fleetwood Mac and Sharon Van Etten.
