Two-time Grammy Award-winning Montreal-raised producer Kaytranada has announced a U.K. headline show at the iconic London venue O2 Academy Brixton, this summer. Following on from his extensive and highly celebrated North American tour, Kaytranada will perform an eagerly awaited set at the south London venue, on Sunday 19th June 2022. The multi-platinum-selling producer will showcase his signature array of sounds that veer from J Dilla-inspired hip-hop beats to distinctly woozy housegrooves and A-list collaborations that include Anderson. The announcement follows, the release of his most recent singles, ‘Iced Tea’ and ‘Intimidated’ lifted of the recent three-track project which features guest appearances from H.E.R. on Intimidated, Thundercat, and Be Careful. Intimidated is the first release since Kaytranada’s critically acclaimed 2019 sophomore album, ‘BUBBA’ which featured industry heavyweights such as Pharrell, Kali Uchis, and Masego among the contributors—gaining the young producer two Grammys at the 2021 Grammy Awards.
