Rihanna has had yet another tattoo inked onto her body.

The 25-year-old pop star made a late night visit to Bang Bang Tattoos in New York yesterday (11 January) where she stayed from midnight until 5am getting a new design.

Rihanna opted for a cross inked onto the inside of her right wrist (pictured below).

The ‘Diamonds’ singer already has over 20 tattoos including a musical note on her ankle, a gun on her ribcage and the Egyptian goddess Isis on her chest.

She last visited the tattoo artist Bang Bang (pictured together above left) in October 2013 in order to cover up a traditional Maori inking on her hand.

Speaking about her penchant for body art Rihanna has previously said:

"I like hanging out in tattoo shops. I am so intrigued by tattoos. It’s an entire culture, and I study it."

The artwork for Rihanna’s duet with Shakira – titled ‘Can’t Remember To Forget You’ – was recently unveiled.

‘Can’t Remember To Forget You’ is due to be unleashed later today (January 12) and will be available via iTunes tomorrow (January 13).
