Katy Perry: 'If I could make a perfume containing the chemical that's released during sex, I would'

'Dark Horse' beauty Katy Perry has opened up about her sex life in a new interview with Chelsea Handler for Cosmopolitan magazine.

During the revealing chat, the singer was asked to confess the longest she has been without having sex and admitted that she never stays single for a long time:

"Maybe six months or a year. I don’t stay single for long. I’m not like Professor Higgins with my sex life. I’m not super strict."

She added: "For me, the most important thing about sex is connection. If I could bottle up oxytocin -— that chemical that’s released when you’re having sex — and put it in a new perfume, I would do it for sure.”

Perry then joked about the constant male attention she receives and said it's probably down to the crystals she carries with her: "I carry a lot of rose quartz, which attracts the male. Maybe I need to calm it down with the amethyst.”
