5H on debut album: 'We poured our blood, sweat and tears into this record'

Fifth Harmony are gearing up to release their debut album 'Reflection' and one of the members has now spoken out about the process and what she's the most proud of.

During a new interview with Hollywire, member Ally Brooke Hernandez opened up about the record's impending release and confessed that it was a really huge project to work on and she's very happy with the energy they all put into it:

"Two years - our fans and y'all have been so patient! (I'm proud of) the blood, sweat and tears that we've put into it. Also, some of the messages in the songs... there's some vulnerability on it [...] I think I'm really excited and proud of it because we put so much work into it. It shows how we found our sound and who we are as artists."

When asked if there's anything that surprised her about the music industry and her career as a singer and performer, the beauty added that she genuinely didn't expect it to be so much work:

"I guess I didn't expect such intensity. When you're younger you just think 'I get up, I do what I love every morning and it's great', but it's actually a lot of work. You leave your family a lot, which is definitely the hardest part. I love them and I miss them so much, but I think that's what also makes it worth it. They're the people that keep you going and they're who you do it for. It's so gratifying to see everything happening around you."
