OutKast rapper Big Boi will avoid jail time if he passes a series of drug tests and agrees to carrying out community service. 

The 'Hey Ya' star was arrested in Miami back in August after he was found to be in possession of contraband including MDMA, ecstasy and Viagra, but it has now been revealed that if he complies with terms set by the court he won't be sent to prison.  

According to the Miami prosecutor's office, he will have to complete 30 hours of community service, donate $2,000 to charities and report back to court over a three month period for drug testing.
