Justin Bieber has lavished praise upon One Direction's new track 'Diana'.

The boyband recently released the song online as the latest cut from their upcoming record 'Midnight Memories'.

It seems to have piqued something inside Canadian superstar Justin Bieber, who tweeted today (November 19):

"That new 1d song diana is well written well done boyzzzzzz."

The writing credits for 'Diana' meanwhile sees singers Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne mentioned, whilst Jamie Scott is also included.

Simon Cowell recently went on record to say that One Direction did well after having more input in the band's writing process, as well as song selection.

A number of the tracks on 'Midnight Memories' sees the singers having credits, including 'Story of My Life', which has all five members as writers. Listen to One Direction's 'Diana' below:
