Project Pop Drop’s Easter Party at Hope The Mission brings the Easter Bunny to 200 families

Gametruck LA, Mr Charlie’s Restaurant, Wholefoods, Vons, Trader Joe’s and Smart and Final provided the fun and snacks

Rain and bad weather could not stop Niki Shadrow Snyder and John David Snyder, the big hearted founders of Project Pop Drop, who brought a team of volunteers and friends to Hope The Mission, in Woodland Hills.
The philanthropic couple provided over 200 families experiencing hunger and homelessness a day to remember. Lunches from Mr Charlie’s Restaurant, Wholefoods refreshments, Vons and Trader Joe’s snacks, and Smart & Final treats we’re on the East menu.
Children played video games from Gametruck LA, who set up a terrific fun activation.
Children played arts and crafts provided by Project Pop Drop and volunteers included award winning Actress Erin Gavin, Emmy winning Brenda Cooper, Comedian Christine Peake, singer Vanessa Béjine, TV host Shaka Smith, author Hari Tahov and of course the big star was the Easter Bunny!
“We are so thrilled to have another successful Easter Egg Hunt and of course the Easter Bunny this year. We are so grateful to all our sponsors who we couldn’t do this with out. The children loved their lunchboxes so a big shoutout to Mr Charlie’s Restaurant, and of course the delicious snacks were a hit so a big thanks to Wholefoods and Vons, Trader Joe’s and Smart and Final. We truly appreciate Gametruck LA who were a blessing especially when the rain started. Lastly a big thank you to our volunteers who came down to support. We truly are inspired by the work that Hope The Mission continue to do and we are proud to help in any way we can.”
