Liverpudlian singer KOF embarks on 'An Alternative Soul' tourLiverpool native KOF embarks on his 'An Alternative Soul' tour this week. After playing Manchester at the weekend, he reaches Paris, Liverpool and Birmingham before performing at music showcase ILUVLIVE at Xoyo on Monday 26 November. KOF is currently riding high on the success of his debut EP 'An Alternative Soul', which features the hugely successful singles “Looking At Me”, “Child of the Ghetto” and “Be Like You”, as well as a collaboration with soul legend Terri Walker. On stage KOF showcases his superb vocals, star personality and unyielding energy which has made him a huge hit at festivals including Glastonbury, HUB, Mathew Street, Liverpool Sound City, MTV Liverpool Music Week, Summer Pops, EU Music Festival and Malmo Festival. He's currently releasing three mini EPs as free downloads, titled the 'SOUL series', via his Soundcloud page. KOF has had 11 nationally playlisted records and has opened for international touring artists including Akon, Lupe Fiasco and Ed Sheeran and has been hotly tipped as 'a breath of fresh air' on the UK music scene by Trevor Nelson, Mistajam, DJ Target, Ras Kwame, Mistajam, Huw Stephens, Ace N Vis and others. Punch Touring will be presenting KOF on tour with his six-piece band, alongside the legendary DJ, Ronnie Herel.
