The CK Films produced project starring Juanes Montoya will be shown for the first time ever exclusively at Regal Essex Crossing (129 Delancey Street, New York, NY 10002) this Thursday, July 20th at 6:15pm as a part of block one of the Katra Film Series.

Now in its 4th year, the Katra LatinX Film Festival returns to Regal Essex Crossing in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The festival returns July 18-21 with a filmmaker pre-party, screenings followed by Q&A, afterparties, and a closing night awards ceremony at BKLYN Commons Rooftop in Prospect Park Brooklyn NY. About the Team:

Ethan Felizzari-Castillo, the director of “Crossing” is a director, writer and producer in NYC. Ethan has worked on many projects ranging from theatrical ventures to film to music. Ethan founded CK Productions Inc., a production company in December of 2013. He has produced over 75 music videos, 10 films, branded content and over 100 live events/theatrical projects. Ethan is proudly producing “Crossing” alongside his staff at CK Productions Inc., and their branch CK Films.

Nancy Irene Kelly, the writer of Backyard/Desert, is a playwright, performer, dramaturg and educator. A member of the Dramatists Guild, she holds an MFA in theater from Sarah Lawerence College and a BA in Dramatic Art/Dance from U.C. Berkeley. Her play Backyard/Desert was produced in New York City by The Theater Collective in September 2018. She taught acting and public speaking at New York area colleges from 2005-2010 as well as the New York City public school system. Originally from Northern California, she recently relocated back to the West Coast after 20 years in New York City.
