YouTube Music today reveals the UK’s Top Music Videos of 2023. Underlining YouTube Music’s huge influence on pop culture, the list compiles the ten official music videos that received the most views in the UK in 2023.

  1. Miley Cyrus - Flowers
  2. Central Cee x Dave - Sprinter
  3. Libianca - People
  4. PinkPantheress, Ice Spice - Boy’s A Liar Pt. 2
  5. Jazzy - Giving Me
  6. Lewis Capaldi - Wish You The Best
  7. Switch Disco feat. Ella Henderson - REACT
  8. Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding - Miracle
  9. Byron Messia - Talibans
  10. Strandz feat. Digga D - Us Against The World Remix

This year’s list can be characterised by musical diversity, with the most-viewed videos coming from a number of different genres, including pop, alt-pop, dancehall, UK rap and dance.

The list shows an appetite for tracks that defy categorisation, from Pink Pantheress’ kaleidoscopic blend of pop-infused drum & bass layered with Ice Spice’s signature rap verses on ‘Boy’s A Liar Pt. 2’, to Libianca’s Afrobeats / R&B fusion track ‘People’.

The list also shows that the British public gave equal air time to established pop icons such as MileyCyrus, who topped the most-viewed chart with her hit smash ‘Flowers’ and UK national treasure Lewis Capaldi who entered at number 6 with ‘Wish You The Best’, to rising stars including Byron Messia and Irish-Jamaican newcomer Jazzy, whose club-ready track ‘Giving Me’ introduced Irish house to the UK.

It wouldn’t be a most-viewed videos in the UK list without some prominent UK rap entries, and this year stayed true to form with CentralCee and Dave’s summer hit ‘Sprinter’ at number 2, and Strandz and Digga D’s track ‘Us Against The World Remix’ featuring at number 10.
